In the event that your labels are not printing from CAPA you will need to complete some troubleshooting to identify the cause and resolved it.
If labels are not printing from your Zebra GK420d printer please try the following steps to resolve this;
1. Check the printer is turned on and not reporting an error. The printer will display a green light next to the configuration button on the from of the printer to indicate that it is turned on and online. If the printer light is displaying red or flashing red this suggests there is an issue with the printer to find out more click here; Zebra Printer Support Information
2. Check the correct printer has been selected during the CAPA log on process. To check, follow this process;
2a. Select the search option located at the top of the CAPA main screen.
2b. Select the system settings tab located on the right hand side of the screen
2c. Check that the printer selected under the label margins section is the correct printer. If it's displaying the incorrect printer select the arrow to display the drop down box and select print test to produce a test label and ensure the printer is working correct.
3. If the printer is not displayed on the drop down list in CAPA you will need to check that the printer is installed and available on your PC outside of CAPA (Windows button > Settings > Devices > Printers and Scanners > the GK420d should be listed here). If the printer needs to be installed click here for more information; CAPA - Install and configure the Label Printer
